If you are not satisfied with your first order, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds under the Clean Bowl Guarantee must be requested no later than 10 days from the delivery date by contacting the Customer Love team and specifically mentioning the clean bowl guarantee.

Any refund may be contingent upon the return of no less than 50% of the purchased products to us no later than 5 days from the return request. You must submit a request via our Customer Love team, and receive instructions, prior to sending any products to us. You will receive your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of returning the products to us. Submitting a request under the Clean Bowl Guarantee is equivalent to cancelling your subscription.

This promotion will be valid for sign ups between 3rd-17th June. We reserve the right to end the promotion earlier at our sole discretion for any reason, but that we will honour it for all sign-ups made before the termination date.
