1. The Refer a Friend Programme (the "Programme") and Golden Ticket Campaign (the "Campaign") are only available to select current customers ("Referrers") of the subscription service (the "Service") operated by Butternut Box ("Company").
2. Customers will be gifted a “Golden Ticket” by random from Butternut Box, which will enable the Referrer to gift one friend or family member ("Friend") a free first Butternut Box.
3. The Golden Ticket is valid for two weeks from the date of issuance and cannot be used by the Referrer or any member of their household.
4. To participate in the Campaign, Referrers must provide their unique Golden Ticket referral link or code to their Friend, who must then use the link or code to sign up for their first box to redeem the Golden Ticket.
5. In order for a referral to be considered ‘successful’ for the purposes of the Programme, the Referee must have successfully received their first Box using the unique Golden Ticket discount code. Discounts can only be used by new customers who have not previously had a Butternut Box Account or delivery.
6. Referrers who successfully refer a Friend using a Golden Ticket will not receive a discount off their next box. In return for gifting the Golden Ticket, the Referrer will be entered into a draw to win a free Butternut Box themselves ("Draw").
7. The Draw winner will be announced on or before the 17th of July 2023. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible Referrers and contacted directly via email.
8. Butternut Box reserves the right to investigate any suspected abuse of the Programme or Campaign, and may take action including, but not limited to, revoking referral rewards, pausing subscriptions, and suspending users.
9. By participating in the Programme and/or Campaign, Referrers and Referees agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as Butternut Box's general terms of service and privacy policy.
